Hernandez was an unused substitute for the Red Devils earlier today as they lost to Swansea City 2-1 at Liberty Stadium.

According to German magazine Kicker, Bayer Leverkusen have moved for Hernandez after reaching the Champions League group stage and have an agreement with Manchester United.
The final details of the transfer have not yet been finalised though, with an estimated fee of around €12m having been mooted for the hitman.
The Bundesliga club are moving for Hernandez to fill the hole left by the departure of Heung-Min Son, who left for Tottenham Hotspur on a €30m deal last week.
