Miley Cyrus Goes Shirtless (Again) For ‘Elle’ UK

Another day, another Miley Cyrus shirtless moment, y’all. This time it’s on Elle UK’s October issue, and it features our VMA host in an all-white, Emporio Armani unbuttoned suit–sans anything underneath, of course.

The issue celebrates sexuality and covers “the end of gender, fluid sexuality, and the trans revolution.” Miley, who has transformed into an activist over the last couple of years, talks about her approach to educating people on LGBTQ issues saying, “If you get your t–s out, and they are all looking, then you can use that space to say something and get them to listen.” PREACH.

Considering this girl loves rockin’ pasties on the daily, we’re not surprised she went shirtless for her Elle UK cover as well. We are so down with this ’90s power suit look paired with minimal makeup and slicked-back blonde strands.
