EPL Player of the Year & Young Player of the Year Nominees Revealed!

Riyad Mahrez

This year's English Premier League has been somewhat of a dream for Leicester City who currently sit seven points clear at the top of the chart. Their surprise success can be attributed to the ever consistent performances of Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N'golo Kante. Surely, their performances have been recognised as they have been nominated in the 6-man list for the League's Player of the Year. Top scorer Harry Kane was also included.

Check out the list below.

Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspurs)
Jamie Vardy (Leicester City)
N'golo Kante (Leicester City)
Dimitri Payet (West Ham United)
Mesut Ozil (Arsenal)
Riyad Mahrez (Leicester City)

In the Young Player of the Year category, Tottenham's main man Harry Kane was not left out as he is partnered by his teammate Dele Alli. Phillipe Coutinho has also had a stellar performance this season.
The list wouldn't have been complete without Romelu Lukaku who has also been the spearhead in Everton's attack this season. Jack Butland and Ross Barkley completed the shortlist.
