Introducing the new Iphone SE

The key marketing words for Apple products have usually been thinner, faster, bigger. IPhones have grown up over the past nine years, going from the original 3.5-inch display to the iPhone 6S Plus' 5.5-inch screen. Apple went in the opposite direction and announced a new iPhone that's actually smaller.

For several months, various sources indicated that the new iPhone, Apple is expected to launch Monday, March 21, 2016, will greatly resemble the iPhone 5s.
Same dimensions, an "almost identical" design down to a few tiny details. The only differences suggested were that the edges of the iPhone SE would be "slightly" more curved.

Moreover, the sides of the iPhone SE would not offer the same polished finish according to 9to5mac.

The iPhone SE is also expected to work like the iPhone 6s, by its configuration. Besides the similar A9 and M9 chips, it would also have the "Hi Siri" function at any time; this new smartphone would boast of a 12 MP camera and be capable of shooting 4K.
This would allow Apple to offer a comprehensive range even when the iPhone 7 is launched later.

The 16 GB iPhone SE starts at $399 but will be free with a two-year contract or $17 a month on an installment plan. The company will start taking orders for the phone on March 24, and it will be available on March 31. - CNN Money
